I’ve found the item I want but can’t select my size
The most common reason that you may not be able to select your size is that it has sold our in that particular size but is still available in other sizes you can request an update via email as to when the item may be available in your size.

Has my order been sent yet ?
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. We will keep you updated via email at each step of your order, we will let you know if we are aware of any delays with you courier, if you have any questions please reach out to us via email.

Part of my order is missing
Some larger orders are often dispatched in numerous packages occasionally they are not delivered at the same time . If all of the packages listed on you dispatch confirmation have arrived and you still do not have all of your ordered items please get in touch and we will help you to resolve this.

Which methods of payments can I use?
we currently accept credit and debit cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay, Klarna and ClearPay.

Is it safe to order online?
We only use certified safe and secure checkout options. We will never contact you via email or phone to place and order. Our online checkout options are secure and private so you can shop with complete confidence and security.

Can I track my order ?
Orders sent via courier can be tracked using the the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email. Local delivery orders cannot be tracked but delivery date and estimated time slot will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

You’ve sent me the wrong items
If you have received incorrect items or the incorrect size please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.

I forgot to use my discount code
If you forget to use your discount code you can use it on your next order. If you have been issued a personal discount code you can request an extension if your code is due to expire and has not been redeemed.
